Join Us for an In-Person Immersive Experience

At the end of the virtual certification program, certified professionals are invited to participate in a 2-day, in-person experience to connect with fellow certified professionals and deepen their practice as a certified facilitator.

Beyond the Certificate

At the completion of the virtual program, you will receive an official certification as an Actualized Performance Cycle facilitator. This certification represents more than program completion. It reflects your commitment to disciplined practice, evidence-based leadership, and continuous professional growth.

Beyond the certificate, you'll be able to:
  • Share your official certification and digital badge as verifiable credentials across your professional platforms.
  • Maintain SHRM, HRCI, and ICF requirements.
